The hotel felt so grand and beautiful. our premium waterfront view room offered a lovely view of the water. It was amazing! the rooftop area was stylish and inviting, a perfect place to steal a tender moment together. the location was also pretty central, a short walk into the city!
i wished there had been someone available to help us with our luggage upon arrival.

our premium waterfront view room was spacious and beautifully furnished with a large comfortable bed. the bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with high-standard fixtures that felt luxurious. we had plenty of natural light and enjoyed many tender moments.

The breakfast variety was excellent, including many danish pastries. The hotel's location allowed easy access to the city center. The staff were helpful. They answered all my questions. The hotel provided easy transportation to the airport.

Breakfast included many options suitable for all diets. Fresh eggs were prepared per request. I found the rooftop bar offered nice snacks and drinks. Reservations are recommended, as it is quite popular.
My room was near storage areas, and I occasionally heard doors opening and closing at night.

The breakfast had a good selection. The hotel offered easy access to the inner city with a quick walk. The location on the water was quiet. The view was beautiful from my room.
The hotel did not bring my luggage to the room after storing it. I had to ask for it later. This was an inconvenience after a long day.

unfriendly staff slow reception
Breakfast included many options that met my needs. The location allows simple access to the metro.
The rooftop bar was quite unfriendly. This bar requires early reservations, and without one, a hotel guest has no space for a drink. Lounges were free, but not available for use. Staff failed to explain why one could not sit there. The reception also worked slow.
